In his chirograph on sacred music, the Bl. JPII as always references his predecessors. Many had relevant encyclicals, but he cites "the luminous statements that punctuated many of his Speeches" for Paul VI. I found one article that is not online in the music journal databases. The Vatican website now has most of Paul VI's insegnamenti on line. Italian and French are open to me, so any guidance would be helpful.
