    I know I just sound like a shill for this program, but the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Columbus Ohio's music program seems to exemplify the multi-person approach:

    Robert Wisniewski: Principal Organist and Assistant Music Director
    Dorothy Riley: Another organist

    All three of them are true professionals and the music produced (including a stunning choir) is just out-of-this-world.
