Well, I suspected it had to be from their own CD (since there is no attribution), and, lo, it is (just go to their CD page; you can listen there to verify its the same track). The composer is James Biery.
We sang that a couple of weeks ago at my home church where I'm a voice in the choir now. Since we're Episcopalians, we sang the English words, which are not a translation just a sacred poem. There are two Motets inc. in the octavo. We're singing the other in a couple of weeks- VERY easy, but gorgeous part writing. Would like to sing th e Latin, but at least the music is good. I think the other motet is a setting of the Tantum Ergo, but I could be wrong about that.
