is there a way one could sticky this thread, or at least link to it in a sticky thread?

seems like such a useful thing shouldn't be buried.

Thank you Francis. (I couldn't somehow open it yesterday, but now it works.)
  • I recommend the Sharpie Calligraphic Pen 40001

    http://www.gotoforms.com/Sharpie-Calligraphy-Pens-p/san40001sh.htm

$.93 each here...available all over...and in colors at Staples. Set is 40150.
  • I found this by Googling. It was in the top 10, I think, for chant notation paper. The perfect size for writing. Thanks.

I have used Sharpies. 2.0-sized Y& C Calligraphy pens, from Blik, are also very good. My Staples is rather small, and doesn't have those pens, but we have a Blik (formerly Utrecht.)

Here are a few versions of chant and modern ala 2022. This is created with InDesign so it is postcript (which means you can print at any size without loosing resolution)

    Very cool francis!
  • I have made my own by using the underline key on the computer to make one page - also with pen, ink, and ruler - and reproducing the that page ad infinitum.
