St. Timothy Catholic Church in Chantilly, VA is seeking a full-time Director of Sacred Music to lead our music ministry program. The Director of Sacred Music will oversee the parish liturgical music program, direct the main choir, recruit and develop new choir members, train cantors, and assist in planning funerals and weddings.

The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to and understanding of the Roman Catholic Liturgy. Musical proficiency in organ, piano and conducting, as well as substantial prior experience in pastoral music at the parish or diocesan level is required. The successful candidate must also possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work collaboratively with Priests, staff, volunteers and parishioners.
