The Solemn Pontifical Blessing -- in English chant?

Dear Friends,
Has any of you seen an English chant version of the pontifical blessing?
V. Dominus vobiscum. R. Et cum spiritu tuo.
V. Sit nomen Domini benedictum. R. Ex hoc nunc et usque in saeculum. Etc.
Please help, as I need it for a Mass booklet! (It ought to be done in Latin, I know, but that's not an option in this situation...)
