Here's a piece that might help a beginning Schola.

I do not recommend that you perform it at this fast tempo, though. Especially not in Church.

hello, Matthew ---- it is me singing all the parts --- I'm hoping to do a lot more of this as time allows

Here's a recording I made, which I'm pleased with --- the polyphony starts on the third "Sanctus"

My congratulations on being able to sing all four parts! I tried doing the same thing myself, but I just don't have the range to pull it off. And when I tried changing the pitch in Audacity, it was ... well ... chipmunks come to mind.
