    Bumping back up ...

    Monday, November 16
    10:00 am -- 3:00 pm Pacific // 1:00 pm -- 6:00 pm EST
    Tuesday, November 17
    6:00 am -- 3:00 pm Pacific // 9:00 am -- 6:00 pm EST
    Wednesday, November 18
    6:00 am -- 8:00 am Pacific // 9:00 am -- 11:00 am EST

I stumbled onto this old bookmark
(low quality video but all-important sound with minimal computer hogging and light bandwidth use) ...
  • I find it interesting that for the first time in 20 years, the USCCB did not contract with EWTN to broadcast the proceedings of the Bishops' Conference. I have an idea why, but my lips will remain sealed.

Several times during the advertized broadcast timeslots, I checked both sources.

The EWTN website still had the Conference on their calendar as late as 2 pm Pacific time,
but no internet feed to match.

The USCCB and Telecare websites listed start times different from EWTN,
but the internet feed did not start on time.

To me, the new provider was disappointing:
--connection setup took a long time,
--several times the feed turned into station-off-air-snow with green camera-status messages superimposed
    [RECORDED MON NOV 16 __:__ 2009]
--the concurrent viewer count I saw displayed was about 408 at best.
