Come join our dynamic Latin Mass music program in Conshohocken, PA. We have a vibrant children's after-school choral program with 5 different classes. The Music Assistant collaborates with the Music Director and a priest musician as a team to teach in this program, leading a weekly section of children and offering accompaniment/co-direction on major feasts such as Christmas and Easter.

In addition to the vital work with the Choristers, the Music Assistant serves as a choral assistant for the parish adult choir and Gregorian chant scholas, and directs and plays the organ in the absence of the Director.

Attendance at all Wednesday afternoon and Thursday evening rehearsals is required, and 10-12 Sundays and Feasts throughout the year. Weekly Sunday attendance is preferred to lead schola rehearsal and co-direct, play the organ, or sing for our High Mass. Due to the high difficulty of choral repertoire, the program benefits from consistent presence of qualified singers and organization as music librarian.

This position is considered part-time (15-20hrs/weekly), and offers a competitive salary.
