I am making a propers sheet for the Mass on an anniversary of a departed soul. I had a question about whether or not the Latin is correct?

The secret given is:

Propitiáre, Dómine, supplicatiónibus nostris, pro ánima fámuli tui N. (vel fámulæ tuæ N., vel animábus famulórum, famularúmque tuárum), cujus (vel quorum) hódie ánnua dies ágitur: pro qua (vel quibus) tibi offérimus sacrifícium laudis; ut eam (vel eas) Sanctórum tuórum consórtio sociáre dignéris.


But shouldn't it be this:

PROPITIÁRE, Dómine, supplicatiónibus nostris, pro ánima fámuli tui N., cujus (f. fámulæ tuæ N., cujus vel pl. animábus famulórum famularúmque tuárum, quorum) hódie ánnua dies ágitur: pro qua (pl. quibus) tibi offérimus sacrifícium laudis; ut eum (f. eam vel pl. eos) Sanctórum tuórum consórtio sociáre dignéris. Per Dóminum.

BE favorable, O Lord, to our pleadings for the soul(s) of thy servant N. (handmaid N., or servants and handmaids) whose anniversary is being celebrated today: for whom we offer the sacrifice of praise: that thou wouldst vouchsafe to grant him (her or them) fellowship with thy Saints. Through our Lord.

Is the secret given correct or is the modification correct. Am I missing something? Any help would be amazing.
