For Offertory we've done Marenzio and Philips' splendid 5vv motet (I now see another, for 8vv), but our go-to is Palestrina, oddly easier than Lasso's even verse setting. Someday I'll have to investigate Victoria. I'm starting to see why we've missed Muelas.
