Sung Lauds or Terce

I will be attending a retreat this weekend and was asked if I would organize and help lead morning Lauds (along with the rest of the music). This is coming up quickly and I wondered if anyone could put me on the right track.

Would it be better to have Lauds or Terce for time? We would begin at 7:00 am or 7:30 am and Breakfast is at 8. I'm not sure how long we would need for Lauds as I have not sung it for at least a year now.

Also, does anyone have a source for all of the prayers and tones for Saturday and Sunday that would be easy to cut and paste into a document. If I don't have to start from scratch, it would be such a help. Thanks!

Lauds in the Liturgia Horarum (or even the 1962) would not take that long, even if you sing the full chant from the Antiphonale.

7 is way too early for Terce IMHO.

Well what language and which office? The material is probably out there or could be made with some ease (for example if you wish to use Latin the Nova Vulgata psalms can be pointed with Ben Bloomfield’s Psalm Tone Tool).

    English for sure.
I don't know which office. I'm rather new to leading the LOTH. I've sung them before but I was a follower.
    AND I'm not very techy.
