I have posted this job description previously and have updated based on the comments. I have increased the starting salary range and also added some more description. Someone with strong organizational and computer skills will be able to easily work with our parish secretary, volunteer coordinators and other staff to streamline much of the clerical work associated with the position. The goal is to build out the musical ministry.
The parish collection determines and limits what we can currently offer. Hopefully with the right person and beautiful sacred music we can increase the generosity of the people and from there discuss increased pay and adding support staff.

Also currently we have an organist/vocalist and pianist who have been assisting in the time of transition that are very good musicians, wonderful to work with and would stay on as part of the ministry.
