Gonfalon Royal - Has it gone PD?

Has the tune "Gonfalon Royal" fallen into the public domain? I'm using it these next two weeks with the hymn "Sing to the Lord a Joyful Song" (the text is PD, but the tune is what I question). The tune showed up freely on Hymnary.org with no mention of copyright (except on scans from the 1990s and earlier). A 2013 scan shows no copyright notice at all.

Percy Buck, the composer, died in 1947 but he published the tune in 1913, whether that means it is still in copyright will depend on the law in your location.Thanked by 1Brian Michael Page
