Can anyone identify the arranger of this version of O Come O Come Emmanuel?

I want something choral, but not a cappella. Preferably accompanied by organ plus some other instruments. This one has oboe, and I bet strings could be added to the organ part, so it seems ideal for my situation, but I can't figure out where to get the score!!

    Anybody recognize it?

  • I don't, but it is beautiful.
  • It is off of a Concordia CD from 2005 titled: Hymns for All Saints: Advent, Christmas, Epiphany
I did not find any current offering of any setting on their website that matched the piece.

As a parishioner and a musician I’m not a huge fan of orchestral instruments during Mass unless it’s professional level and done very exceptionally. The reason is that I can hear every out of tune interval and it’s distracting from the Mass and remaining recollected.

Our music director just uses a pedal drone from the organ and has the tenors and basses singing the hymn on a drone while the sopranos and altos sing the the melody. It works to foster recollection and focus on the Mass and not the music.
