I'm looking for some high quality (preferrably polyphonic, although I'm open to more contemporary works ala-Durufle et al) Masses written for lower male voices. The highest voice can be a countertenor, so if you know works that are scored for ATTB, they're fine too. I'm also not averse to taking a decent polyphonic Mass by Palestrina or Victoria (and others) and just transposing it down a fifth (this worked very nicely with Victoria's Tenebrae Responsories, which taken on a certain 'dark' and mysterious quality).
So, folks - Any ideas? I was completely blown away (and still am) by Pekiel's 'Missa Brevis', so if you know of any other works of this quality, please post!!!
