Help identify this Chant from One Piece

    So a friend asked me what chant is playing in this scene of Rogers Execution

    Ive tried for way too long to identify this. I mainly listened to the last link. i havent compared how the editing fared in the one piece version.

    the dragons lair recording appears to me like
    An Antiphon which i cant identify
    and then a recording of Psalm 110(Vulgate) with verses cut out.

    What i managed to identify so far

    Antiphon
    Unintelligible to me, though the melody seems rather common and familiar.

    1. Verse half 1
    "Confitebor tibi, Domine, in toto corde meo" (Psalm 110:1a)

    1. Verse Half 2
    "in consilio justorum et congregatione (Psalm 110:1b)

    2. Verse Half 1
    "Magna opera Domini" (Psalm 110:2a)


    2.Verse Half 2 and

    3.Verse Half 1

    These two verse halves i cant figure out. i can only guess the words and they dont seem to fit into Psalm 110.

    3.Verse Half 2
    "et justitia ejus manet in sæculum sæculi" (Psalm 110:3b)

    4.Verse Half 1
    " Memoriam fecit mirabilium suorum" (Psalm 110:4a)

    Verse istn finished. jumps to next verse

    5.Verse Complete
    "fidelia omnia mandata ejus,
    confirmata in sæculum sæculi,
    facta in veritate et æquitate." (Psalm 110:8)

    6.Verse 1.Half
    "Redemptionem misit populo suo" (Psalm 110:9a)

    6.Verse 2. Half
    "laudatio ejus manet in sæculum sæculi" Psalm 110:10b)

    7. Verse
    Gloria Patri et Filio
    Et spiritui Sancto

    8. Verse
    Sicut erat in principio et nunc et semper
    (Recording ends without finishing the doxology)

    If any of you can figure out the missing verse halves and the antiphon, that would be cool.

    So it would be a Vespers antiphon for a Sunday or Feast. I can't decipher the text, but the melody is something like this.

    I think it's a pastiche, since 1/ the psalmody gets steadily flatter, to a degree that a single recording would surely not tolerate (I hope), and 2/ although I don't recognize the antiphon melody and neither can I get the words, I can't think of one in mode 8 that starts fa la ut, like that. But I can find some which go like that in the middle to the end.

    I used Cantus' melody search, and it didn't help.
