Grace and peace, everyone. I am trying to find an online article about a church with a wedding-reception ministry. I think it may have been an Episcopal church, but I am not sure. The ministry included a team of volunteers who provided, at very low cost, a pared-down menu and decorations in the church hall.

It pains me to think that there are people who avoid getting married because of the cost of a reception, or who go into debt to do so. Cue the second Luminous Mystery.

Any help would be most welcome.
