Serdecza Matko (Stainless the Maiden)

Hello! I'm looking for an SATB setting of the Polish and /or English version of this beautiful hymn.
I was looking online, but wasn't too pleased at what I was finding. If anyone has any leads, or a copy I might grab, I would greatly appreciate it! -

One English version, "Stainless the Maiden", is in the fourth edition of the SMH, but I think the translation offered with Proulx's arrangement is probably closer to the original text.

This two-voice version is in Śpiewnik Kościelny, the standard national hymnal.

Here is a version I have. I helped out at a rural parish in my area that has strong polish roots and they sang this.
