Attached is the Litany of Humility written and prayed daily by Rafael Cardinal Merry del Val, who was (among other things) the Secretary of State for His Holiness Pope Saint Pius X. So far as I know, there isn't a published melody for it, because it is intended for private use, but in this time of the unseemly celebration of pride, perhaps one of our intrepid composers could write a litanic melody. Imagine chanting this!

It’s so ironic you mention this… today we chanted the canticle of Daniel in lieu of a psalm, and then we chanted the entire athanasian creed to an Anglican chant tone during communion, and as I was leaving church, I thought, “that was really nice… we need other long texts we could do that way.” This prayer had come to mind, oddly enough.
yes... we knew you were inverting commas... right from the start... you are being too PC... tell it like is. If we keep inverting commas, we will be inverted right into hell.
I'm not a fan of compromise. I figured that since a coterie of people insist on celebrating this month their deviant and unnatural behavior, and call it pride, we should reply with humility, but let it be the real article.
Perhaps my thread title should have been "Cure/treatment for what they call PRIDE month, but we know is mostly a celebration of un-natural vice"
Perhaps this might work - the Litany is way too difficult to pray to be honest. Singing it brought tears to my eyes. Not because the melodies were particularly beautiful, but because I could sense my nature reject the very idea of humility. I have far to go.
