The chords haven't been proofread yet and in the future I intend to update and improve the Lilypond template code thanks to suggestions I've received. Any further suggestions are most welcome!
Volume 4 does not yet have the chords. Volume 5 (Kyriale) is available. I've proofread it but I'm not a professional musician so I can't guarantee the quality. :)
Unfortunately I don't know if it's possible to convert Lilypond to other formats.
