Don't laugh at this one, but I'm looking for dignified music from either Breaking Bread, or (gasp!) Spirit and Song for today, June 20th, the feast(?) of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I don't think there are Propers specific to this since it's technically Ordinary time, but I'd love to have something more aligned to the day. I know this is a tall order . . .
Sorry I don't have handy access to a Gradual, but there may be propers for this Memorial. For the Pauline Missal look in the Temporal Cycle at the end of May. If there aren't propers, you can use the Common for the Virgin Mary. (I'm not sure where this feast is located in the 1962 Missal).
There's not much time, at least here on the East Coast, where it will soon be time for the anticipated Sunday Mass. This morning, we sang a verse of 'Immaculate Mary' after Mass and Rosary.
