As critical as I can appear of people who do not schedule the propers, here's an example of where I probably could have (Offertory), but chose not to. It's not only our last choir Mass of the year, but the last one we will sing before leaving for Paris next week. The offertory proper got bumped (next year!) in favor of the Ave verum, which was already in our repertoire. To make up for that, we will be bringing next week's offertory proper to a parish that does not normally adhere to the texts of the Graduale.
