    I remember some time back a discussion occasioned by a particularly awkward job description, the kind our esteemed host closes as soon as it arrives, so we don't discuss the advertisements themselves.

    We put together a list of things that should be (or should not be) in a job opening description, and what to look for, red-flag wise.

    Alas, I can't find it.

    A young friend of mine, trying to begin a career, could use some help learning about this very topic. Can someone help me find this discussion, here, so I can send the details on to my friend?
