I've attached a version with just the 2 and 3 parts in Latin. I put the 2 parts on V1-2 and 3 parts on V3-5, but I'm not sure if that's the most felicitous. Maybe:

V1 treble voices unison
V2 treble voices on 2-part harmony
V3 men unison
V4 3-part harmony
V5 3-part harmony again OR tutti unison OR if you have more than one guy, one of them can double the melody underneath the 3-part harmony (which sounds as attached in the second file)
