Vatican II Hymnal - where?

Can anyone tell me if/where I can access the hymns from the Vatican II hymnal? The links I have to CCWatershed all now go to their new hymnal (St. JB). Did the old links and hymns go away? Thank you.

The Internet Archive has old versions of the website, so this page appears to have links to some of the old hymn PDFs:

Those links (based on a sample) appear to be dead, but if you wait a while for redirection they work.
