Liturgia Horarum from almudi.org broken

At almudi.org one could browse through the entire Latin Liturgia Horarum, but the website seems to be broken. At least, when clicking any of the links, I only get the following:
    <% @ LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" %> <% tiempo=Request.querystring("tiempo") %> <% if tiempo=1 then %> <% elseif tiempo=2 then %> <% elseif tiempo=3 then %> <% elseif tiempo=4 then %> <% elseif tiempo=5 then %> <% elseif tiempo=6 then %> <%end if%> //< % nav =Request.ServerVariables("HTTP_USER_AGENT") //if instr(nav,"MSIE") then //navegador="ie" //else //navegador="ff" //end if % > <% navegador="ff" if tiempo=1 then %> <% elseif tiempo=2 then %> <% elseif tiempo=3 then %> <% elseif tiempo=4 then %> <% elseif tiempo=5 then %> <% elseif tiempo=6 then %> <%end if%>

Now, I also noticed some other things. First, the statement "We recommend the browser Mozilla Firefox with the corresponding plug-in to see flash presentations." What's with the browser recommendation? Flash still? Are we still living in the 90's? Second, there is a possibility to download the texts, but only in .pdb files for which you need a $9.99 application ISILO to get access. Why the trouble?

I can't speak to the issues at almudi.org, which I have tried on different browsers and different platforms to no availb, but I have been variously been consulting these other sites for the Latin Liturgia Horarum:

http://www.ibreviary.org/en/tools/ibreviary-web.html [click "More..." and then select Latin for the language, then click "Breviarium" again]

    https://brewiarz.pl/latin/index.php3

I doubt that iSilo is the only possibility for reading .pdb files.
The relevant section here is I suppose the fourth type (Palm desktop), it lists alternatives. https://fileinfo.com/extension/pdb N.B. I have not tried any of these.
