I don't know the Jazz repertoire well enough to know The Lick.

I shall try to listen to your mp3 and read the score more carefully in the next few days.

The origins and the first recording of the lick are not very clear. It is heard in Stravinsky's Firebird from 1910, but probably dates before that.
