Need the new translation for blessing of new site/laying foundation stone ASAP

Hello all,
Long story short: we're building a new church, and I was told all texts would be provided by diocesan office. That's not the case apparently, and now I desperately need Chapter I of Dedication of Church/Altar, which is the blessing/laying of foundation stone. I have the Latin chants, but I need the new texts as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks! -

@ClemensRomanus, what other music are you programming for the Mass? I'm looking for suggestions, as our parish will also celebrate a Mass for the Dedication of Church/Altar in December. I've already glanced at the older post at the forum. Many thanks in advance!

Unfortunately our Bishop can only be here for 2hrs, so we’ve been told to keep music short. We’re only chanting propers and singing Urbs beata Jerusalem after Communion.
