I played for a first Mass on Saturday, May 18 at 4:00pm. The newly-ordained is a *seventh* generation dairy farmer, and the Mass was in his native, lovely, country parish. He chanted the Mass beautifully, including the Roman Canon, according to the solemn tone.

Preludes based on various Gregorian themes (Rossini/improvisation)
    Introit: Simple English Propers
Kyrie: Chanted by deacon and congregation
    Gloria: Missa de Angelis
    Responsorial Psalm: Jeff Ostrowski
    Alleluia: O FILII ET FILIAE
Creed: Credo III in English (ICEL)
Offertory Hymn: Jesus, My Lord, My God, My All (SWEET SACRAMENT)
    Offertory Antiphon: Simple English Propers
    Sanctus: Missa de Angelis
    Memorial Acclamation: Mortem tuam...
    Lord's Prayer: Snow Chant
    Agnus Dei: Jubilate Deo
    Communion Antiphon: Simple English Propers
Communion Hymn 1: Godhead Here in Hiding (ADORO TE DEVOTE)
Communion Hymn 2: Draw Near (NEALE/Janco)
Recessional: Praise, My Soul, the King of Heaven (LAUDA ANIMA)
Postlude: I honestly can't remember the title, but it was written by Robert Lau
