does anyone know where I can find a score for Aaron David Miller's "Jubilate Deo"? I'm not having any luck.

Do you mean the Jubilate Deo (spuriously) attributed to Mozart? (Aaron David Miller is just the organist on the recording, not the composer.) You can find it free at CPDL; the arrangement used in the recording is published by GIA.
