I heard this soprano line, and now it is stuck in my head and otherwise lost. Does anyone recognize it and can put me out of my misery?

Is it from the Requiem Mass?

The text certainly is; I'm not recognizing the music right away, though.

So thanks to Google Sound Search (this recording having reappeared in my earshot for a moment) I know that the recording is by Applegate's Cantores In Ecclesia, the text is this http://www1.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/O_Domine_Jesu_Christe,_Pastor_bone, but still don't know the composer, even with all that information.

I'm pretty sure it's by Lodovico Grossi da Viadana (a.k.a. Ludovico da Viadana).
I'm attaching an MP3 that is pretty good.
Here is also a YouTube from a parish choir: https://youtu.be/lK9Lp7Jdltg
