Is this from one of our prayers?

Such a beautiful collect from the Book of Common Prayer: "God, whom saints and angels delight to worship in heaven: Be ever present with your servants who seek through art and music to perfect the praises offered by your people on earth; and grant to them even now glimpses of your beauty, and make them worthy at length to behold it unveiled for evermore; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. "

Is the equivalent in the Roman Rite somewhere?

Probably not. Marion Hatchett's Commentary on the American Prayer Book says that it's a prayer of the Royal School of Church Music, revised to include other artists in addition to musicians. It was not in the American BCP prior to 1979.
