From my knowledge of the organ department there (I was a seminarian organist for two years), their goal was a French specification in the style and approximate voicing of Cavaille-Coll. I think Juget-Sinclair does a pretty nice job with that sort of thing. Here's a bit of Opus 45: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mP1kIQpNqA0. They definitely nail the smooth flute harmonique, and the French romantic reed sound.
Hopefully I'll get the chance to check this out in-person soon. They just had the dedication concert a few weeks ago, IIRC. I imagine it sounds fantastic in that acoustic (there's about a 3.5 second solid reverb decay in the chapel). The "stopgap" Hauptwerk organ (Caen sample set) we used sounded amazing in that building, so I can only imagine how stunning it must be with this Juget-Sinclair.
There is a new Jurger Sinclair in Dallas, and it (of course it's in Texas)- it is their largest instrument by far. I can attest to the superbly convincing French pedigree that is their metier.
