Has anyone ever come across Latin propers for the Feast of Our Lady of La Salette, Reconciliatrix of Sinners? I have them in English for the Novus Ordo, but I don't have the offertory Proper for that Feast. IF the Mass of 1962 is said, then would it just be Salve Sancte Parens (therefore the first part of the Hail Mary)? The Feast Day is September 19.
There is a proper Mass for Our Lady of La Salette in the Angelus Press Roman Catholic Daily Missal, p. 1684. The propers are:
Intr – “Adeamus. Ps. Misericordias” (see Immaculate Heart, August 22, but note different psalm) Grad – “Domine in caelo” Alleluia – “Hoc erit signum” Offert – “Recordare Virgo mater” (see Our Lady of Mount Carmel, July 16) Comm – “Regina mundi dignissima” (see Our Lady of Mount Carmel, July 16)
You might reach out to La Salette Boys Academy in Georgetown, IL. It is staffed by Lefebvrists, and I know for a fact that they sing the Gregorian propers for their feast on September 19 and would have the notation.
I've already contacted Dom Guilmard a few years ago. They don't have anything about La Salette in Solesmes archives. I'll try the La Salette Academy (I'm trying also the salettensian Curia Generalizia). Thank you!
