Singers coming back from a rehearsal off-campus mention that they were told at the final rehearsal that they'd need at least 7 hours more of practice to get it right but that's just the way it goes.

Do you plan things that are beyond the ability of the singers and then put them down by saying things like this? I would bet that you don't. I think that members of this group have more successful programs than other non-focused programs that try to do everything rather than zero in on chant and polyphony....

Or is it my imagination?
