    Can anyone recommend any nice organ and flute prelude-type music? Chant-based would be fantastic, but I’m open to all suggestions that others have enjoyed!

    I don't see why the Bach Sonatas (I-VI) can't be done with organ. Sonata II, with the famous "siciliano," would pan out nicely. (See what I did there?)

  • Alan Hovhaness has written at least one piece for organ and flute. I don't remember the name of it, but an internet search might bring it to light.

    As Charles suggests, Bach sonatas could be quite nicely done with organ and flute, not to mention Handel, et al.
