Ad te (Domine?) levavi

I just resumed wondering about changes to this Offertory: "Domine" goes at least back to the 1908 Vatican Edition, but CPDL lists a 2003 setting using Palestrina's version of the text, as well as contrasting versions by the near contemporaries A. Scarlatti & Fux and two versions by Lassus.
Can anyone fill in the history?
