The text is from the Golden Canon for Easter Day, Ode V, by St. John Damascene (d. ca. 754-787), as translated by John Mason Neale (1818-1866) and appearing in Hymns of the Eastern Church, 1866. The 87.87.87 text is augmented with Alleluyas to fit my 87.87.D tune CORDE NATUS (with double descants), and a final Doxology has been added to make four stanzas.

    Happy Easter to all.

Yeah, I flew Delta once too - I was certainly saying a Doxology once we landed!
