The Diocese of Rockville Centre is in search of a part-time Director of the Diocesan Choir (100+ singers) and Diocesan Schola (30 singers). Candidates should have extensive choral conducting experience and a thorough knowledge of Catholic liturgical practice. Hours will vary each month but rehearsals are generally held twice a month from September to June. There are approximately 10-12 diocesan liturgies at which the choir sings. The Diocesan Choir is under the auspices of the Office of the Worship and the director reports to the Director of Worship.
