Chant Setting for Catholic Litanies

You have all heard of the litanies - the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Litany of the Sacred Heart, etc. Are there resources that show the recommended chant tones for the Litanies for those who want to chant them? (In Latin or English).

The book Cantus Selecti has several litanies.

Liber Usualis has the litany of the Sacred Heart, two litanies of the BVM, the litany of St. Joseph, and the litany of the saints. The Institute of Christ the King website also has the litany of the Holy Name of Jesus.
