That is my former employer---good situation. I started a 2-tier RSCM program for the children, and it was going well---there's interest in keeping it going. The adult choir was doing Rice's Simple Choral Gradual every Sunday; Aristotle Esguerra's Choral Graduale Simplex, and my own Psalm settings. Comfortable with some Latin, and traditional hymnody. I left on good terms---no quarrels, nothing negative.
Lawton, Oklahoma, is not exactly a cultural mecca, but the quality of the liturgy and the reverence with which it is executed by priest, deacons, and servers is exceptional. I'm hard pressed to think of another parish that celebrates with such reverence and love. PM if you have any questions. It's a good place, and that choir deserves a good person who will work with them.
