(Note to admin: I'm guessing this is where this goes, please move if necessary)
After looking and not finding a suitable modern English Te Deum, I decided to translate it using the DW:TM version as a guide. This is what I came up with. Please critique. Also attached is my adaptation of this to the traditional plainchant.

We praise you O God, we confess you as the Lord; all creation worships you, the Father everlasting. To you all angels cry aloud, the heavens and all the powers it holds; to you cherubim and seraphim cry in endless praise: Holy, holy, Holy Lord, God of Hosts, heaven and earth are full of the majesty of your glory.
The glorious company of the apostles praise you, the noble fellowship of the prophets praise you, the white-robed army of martyrs praise you, the holy Church throughout all the world confesses you: the Father of infinite majesty, your venerable, true, and only Son, and the Holy Spirit, the Comforter.
You are the King of glory, O Christ. You are the everlasting Son of the Father. When you took it upon yourself to deliver man, you did not disdain the virgin’s womb. When you had overcome the sting of death, you opened the kingdom of heaven to all believers. You are seated at the right hand of God in the glory of the Father. We believe that you will come to be our judge. We therefore beg you to help your servants, whom you have redeemed with your Most Precious Blood. Make them to be numbered with your saints in glory everlasting.
C. O Lord save your people and bless your inheritance. *R. Govern them and exalt them forever.* C. Day by day we magnify you, *R. and we worship your name, forever and ever.* C. Be pleased, O Lord, to keep us this day without sin. *R. Have mercy on us, O Lord; have mercy upon us.* C. O Lord, let your mercy be upon us, as we place our trust in you. *R. In you, O Lord, have I put my trust, let me never be put to shame.*
The current English edition used in the Hours is by ICET (now ELLC), which is a sort of inter-denominational counterpart to ICEL. Their Te Deum (along with other texts) is in this booklet: http://englishtexts.org/Portals/11/Assets/praying.pdf
