Meinrad font question - The Undying Ictus

    I have an ictus that refuses to go away when I'm trying to edit a chant. The note is gone; the ictus remains. It won't respond to "delete" or backspacing. I tried to "select and delete" - no dice. Forced to find my elderly bottle of white-out.

    What am I missing?

    Have you tried selecting the whole section around the ictus - as much as you can bear losing - a half an inch or so and then deleting? You will may have to reconstruct a couple of notes or so. But it should get rid of the beast.
