I have several three part Easter anthems by Monteverdi and maybe Gabrieli. One of them is a Surrexit Christus. I'll look them up later and list them. There is also a very nice soprano solo by Couperin which would be nice for the occasion.
You might specify which 2 or 3 parts you think you could manage. CPDL has a list of Dextera Domini settings (the 'Proper' text), and you could also search that tile at IMSLP to find things like one of the same TTB/SSA settings. Alternatively, pick a favorite LM text to sing to one of the "Isrealitish Woman & Man" duets in Judas Maccabaeus, an often overlooked source of Tr/Br pieces.
A really nice setting of Surrexit pastor bonus (SAB) was posted here in a collection of three-part music a year or two ago, but I cannot find it right now.
