    1. Quite crappy (lack of support for browsing to the future and past; seems to ignore some feasts), but official http://stundenbuch.katholisch.de/
    (this is what @joerg suggests above - I hadn't checked before I wrote this)

    2. Unofficial, probably less crappy, but you must first send a blood-signed form to the maintainer :) http://www.stundenbuch-online.de/home.php

    If music is what you are looking for, it should be noted that Christuslob, suggested by @smvanroode, is originally a pre-Vatican 2 vernacular little office. It has shorter psalter and drastically reduced both Proper of Seasons and Proper of Saints.
