Novus Ordo "Missae Defunctorum" Missal or "Hebdomadae Sanctae"?

Does anyone know if any publisher has put out a Missae Defunctorum for the Novus Ordo? I would think that such a book (a missal only containing the Masses of the Dead) would be very useful for funerals -- and, might also be seemlier if they were bound in black (at least where I am, since the new guy only wears black for funerals). And a Novus Ordo Hebdomadae Sanctae would be useful, too. Do these things still exist? The parish has a few copies of Missae Defunctorum and Hebdomadae Sanctae for the EF floating around -- I think one might be a pre-Pian edition of Holy Week -- and I have often thought about how useful they would be, especially since the 2010 Roman Missal is much thicker and heavier than the old Sacramentary.

There is the book Order of Christian Funerals, though I don't think it incorporates the new translation.

I don't know of any book that has only the rites of Holy Week.

Thank you, Mr. Williams -- that is exactly what I'm looking for for Holy Week.
