Chaplet of Divine Mercy - Chant Version?

Well, it's that time of year again, folks - peaceful demonstrations with music time.

I've been asked by a group protesting outside of a local Planned Parenthood if I could make a booklet for them, and one of the stipulations is that it include the chant version of the Divine Mercy chaplet. I thought I ran across this a few years ago but now I can't find it. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Stimson, attached is a setting of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, composed by Aristotle Esguerra, simple and lovely. My schola has sung this several times.

This musical setting was spread for years by the official Divine Mercy apostolate; the melodies were often printed in booklets about the Chaplet.
