Solfege worksheets?

I googled "solfege worksheets" and what came up was a slew of 5-line notation worksheets with treble clefs.

I was wondering if anyone has developed any 4-line note identification learning aids that they wouldn't mind sharing. Thanks!

There a quite a few books online that have pages of 4-line staff solfege exercises that could be printed. E.g.:

A Primer of Plainsong with Practical Exercises
Basic Gregorian Chant and Sight Reading
Cours Élémentaire et Pratique de Plain-Chant Grégorien

Gregorian Chant Practicum (ed. Ted Marier) also has several dozen pages of exercises in the back, but it's not online (see this thread). I made up the attached exercises to teach solfege and rhythm to moderately experienced singers in our choir.

I have never seen this very excellent resource from the FSSP - how long has it been around?
Is there a corresponding book available in hard copy?
I am truly impressed - this should be receiving way more publicity.
