First 2-part Mass--suggestions?

I'm looking for an easy but interesting Latin Ordinary setting for 2-part equal voices with organ. The schola is mostly men, so the parts need to stay out of the way of the bass line. And they don't really read. I'd thought of that Gounod G major thing, but it's really for women; the bass line is too high. Any experience-based suggestions are welcome.

That Perosi is a strong candidate; we've done some other Perosi (last night we worked on an Ave Maria which had been chewy because voices come in at different times... after a year, they're still in onesies). I'll have to find another copy though; that scan is skanky to the point of unusable. I had the Peeters on my list to look at at Duquesne. (we do a Peeters Tantum pretty well.)
